I am a self-employed Virtual Assistant, specializing in general
office support. I am committed to delivering you quality work, in a

My
professional work experience is very diverse. I have worked for an
actuarial firm, a large national bank and a big five accounting
firm. I am a graduate of Sanford Brown Business School, a local
technical school where I obtained my certificate in their Secretarial
program.
While in the banking industry, I worked in the Fraud Investigations
Unit, specializing in research and tracking case loads. I found this
work to be very challenging and rewarding. The case loads were large
and each case was unique. This gave me the skills to learn to adapt to
each situation as it comes. A skill that is a must in a quality
Virtual Assistant.
During my time at a big five accounting firm, I was the Executive
Assistant to 1 partner and 7 managers. This opportunity allowed me to
develop the skills necessary to handle top level management issues
along with many special projects. Some of the significant skills I
gained here were: coordinating travel arrangements, facilitating
client billings, customizing emails and internet research.
I have been described as a dependable, professional and easy to work
with individual. I have an incredible desire to learn new things and a
willingness to do what it takes to get the job done. Additionally, I
have the motivation and hard-work ethic to do what it takes to exceed
